Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Masters of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) from any reputed Public or Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study and compile scientific information to develop Promotional Material, formulate strategic guidelines for Field Forces and explore new product opportunities.
∎ Formulate the marketing plan for assigned products and execute the plan to achieve the given business target.
∎ Provide necessary inputs to Product Development Department regarding design and development of new products including packaging materials.
∎ Visit Field and meet Customers to support Field Forces to achieve their target.
∎ Coordinate activities related to existing products to ensure smooth supply.
∎ Undertake and coordinate activities to ensure regulatory compliance for existing and new products.
∎ Undertake all activities to launch new products timely.
∎ Organize seminars and meetings with doctors, dealers and other customers.
∎ Train up the sales team to improve their knowledge and skill.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 2-5 years experience in the similar position in Animal Health business of a reputed pharmaceutical company.
∎ Good knowledge of the veterinary market & customers.
∎ Good communication skill in both English and Bengali
∎ Good analytical skill and capable to work under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy and good presentation skill.
