∎ Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) degree from any reputed university in Pharmacy
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinates in planning and organizing the manufacturing process of the company
∎ Implements operational manuals, production plans and programs.
∎ Ensures conformance of manufacturing processes with organizational objectives and policies with the coordination of Production Executive/ Asstt. Manager, Production.
∎ Fulfills the monthly and weekly production plans according to the schedule with the coordination of Production Executive/ Asstt. Manager, Production.
∎ Monitor manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of cGMP.
∎ Ensure smooth production as per daily production plan.
∎ Ensure distribution of works to the operators as per production plan
∎ Provide weekly production report through optimum utilization of machine and man
∎ Ensure proper documentation during every operation as per ISO and cGMP Guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing (tablet, coating, granulation, packing etc)
∎ Ability to think critically, problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Ms Word, Excel Proficiency
∎ Quick Decision making capability
∎ Proactive, smart and positive attitude.
∎ Sincere & Honesty
