Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management or related field from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Control and look after overall Production, Operation of Automated Rice Mill including administrative work.
∎ Planning and execution of Production for all Boiled and Aromatic Rice.
∎ Plan, Organize, Direct, Run, and Optimize day-to-day Operations.
∎ Define, develop and monitor the implementation of Production Plans.
∎ Analyze projected Daily, Monthly and Yearly Production and Sales relative to actual.
∎ Develop, Implement and Monitor various Control Systems.
∎ Training production staff on an ongoing basis.
∎ Monitor Technical Plant and Machinery problems and undertake Maintenance Works to resolve all issues.
∎ Plan and organize Production Schedule and Oversee Production Process.
∎ Assess actual requirement of the Manpower and source the right people accordingly.
∎ Screening, recruiting and Training new Factory Workers.
∎ Coordinate and Monitor the quality in Purchasing Paddy.
∎ Ensure Production Process and outputs meet defined Quality and Safety Standards.
∎ Effectively manage and Motivate employees to Achieve Production Targets.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ Preparing production Reports and Submitting them to Key Decision-Makers.
∎ Regularly inspecting finished Products to determine whether they meet established Quality Standards.
∎ Motivating factory workers to continually achieve Factory Targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 or more years of Working Experience to lead Auto Rice Mills as Factory Manager.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
∎ Should be Smart, Energetic, Self motivated.
∎ Good Computer Skills & Knowledge in MS Office Package.
∎ The incumbent must have to handle the total Operation including Production.
