Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check designs data, calculations, technical descriptions and specifications of HVAC, Industrial services, and water system of all running projects.
∎ Check the offers of different packages and make technical comparison (CS).Supervise the project works to maintain schedule and standards as per design and cGMP protocols.
∎ Checking the bills in accordance with BOQ and executed site work.
∎ Resolve the technical problems arises during the construction phase of Project work.
∎ Planning, designing, making BOQ and take offer from different parties for small mechanical works.
∎ Preparing URS for newly planned mechanical works.
∎ Check and prepare the wok progress report regularly.
∎ Coordinate between different packages and vendors working with project department to ensure the smooth operation.
∎ Allocate the available resources and supervise them.
∎ Review of operation and functional SOPs, calibration /qualification report, validation protocol & report format of different systems (HVAC, Industrial, Water, Compressed Air, Lab gas, Vacuum etc.).
∎ Ensure all safety rules and procedures inside the project premises.
∎ Report all unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to departmental Head, Project at the first available opportunity and take action to prevent recurrence.
