Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of DQ, IQ, OQ protocol of the new equipments.
∎ Installation, Inspection, Erection, Commissioning and Qualification of Process equipments with respect of all services & facilities as per P&I diagram.
∎ Documenting SOP's, P&I diagram, Equipment qualifications, Equipment & system validation and instrument calibration.
∎ Preparation & implementation of Preventive Maintenance plan and schedules, Predictive & Breakdown analysis of automated Process and utility equipments of Chemical plant.
∎ Ensuring stringent adherence to Regulatory Requirements & practices as per USFDA, cGMP, GEP & PSM guidelines.
∎ Performing scheduled maintenance task at different components of HVAC System such as Chiller, FCU, AHU, DHU and Cooling Tower.
∎ Monitoring the regular operation of Water Purification Plant and maintaining different equipment like EDI Device, RO Filters, Softener, Activated Carbon Filter etc.
∎ Supervising, Guiding & Motivating the subordinate operators and technicians shifting wise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Possesses good interpersonal and organizing skill.
∎ Ability to work within a multi functional team.
∎ Analytical ability & Report writing skill.
∎ Advanced MS. Office , AutoCAD, PLC-SCADA, ERP will be added advantage.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, API, Petroleum Plant etc.
