Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring the maintenance work for production machinery at Solid Dose.
∎ Ensuring day-to-day activities of engineering departments, planning and organizing of departmental workforces for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure implementation scheduled maintenance of all machinery in time with a view to uninterrupted operation of production.
∎ Ensure breakdown maintenance with proper documentation.
∎ Ensure completion of audit related jobs i.e. Machine maintenance, calibration, Validation document and record as per schedule with a view to meet audit compliance.
∎ Maintenance and troubleshooting of computerized system of proceed machines.
∎ Ensuring the available spares in Engineering Store for reducing breakdown time.
∎ Ensuring the maintenance work for production machinery at Solid Dose.
