Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Pharm or B.Pharm (5 years Professional Degree) from any reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive execution of training across the Site, in line with the Site annual training plan.
∎ Ensure continuous professional development of Site associates on analysis of training records of each and every individual across all capability areas.
∎ Evaluate effectiveness and impact of learning programs, explore gaps and improvement opportunities, and define appropriate solutions for Site programs.
∎ Maintain and develop the EHS management system to reduce risk and incidents of accidents, injuries, and environmental releases.
∎ Perform EHS inspection, support EHS audits and drive relevant EHS activities.
∎ Monitor and ensure that fire protection systems, and emergency response systems at the site are in a state of readiness.
∎ Be part of the team for compliance of EHS aspects like Powder safety, industrial Hygiene, Environment Management of the products being transferred to site.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experience in the similar position in a Pharmaceuticals Company is preferable.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Good command in MS Office package (Word, Power point, Excel).
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Understanding psychological, attitudinal, and behavioral aspects of people to be trained.
