Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have capability to use & work on online UD software, Booking, Exp etc.
∎ Handling all kind of L/C related Documents, Banking and insurance functions.
∎ Maintain liaison with import relevant field such as Government officer, customs, VAT, CCI&E etc.
∎ Capability to Negotiate with Bank.
∎ Shipment schedule follow-up with the freight forwarder.
∎ Maintain proper correspondents with merchandiser, factory, buyer, shipping line, freight forwarder, C&F and other concerned offices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8-10 years working experiences at Garments & Textiles.
∎ For the position of Import Officer, candidate should have sound knowledge on UD consumption, UD Preparation & customs-bond related all works.
∎ Sound knowledge about Import & Export procedure.
∎ Sound knowledge about customs clearance documents and procedure.
∎ Sound knowledge about trade license, chambers, Registrar of Joint Stock, Board of Investment and other permits renewals.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about import & export trading, communication and documentation.
