∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Arts (BA)
∎ Lower Education may consider in case of highly experienced & in case of Retired from Government Fire & Civil Defense Service.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Fire Safety, Fire Safety Training

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fire Protection and Detection System, Fire safety Management, Fire Safety Training, Health/ Safety & Fire
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain general fire safety, detection & protection System.
∎ Must be well familiar to set up and following up firefighting equipment as per government requirements and Fire Prevention Act or ordinance.
∎ Should have a vast knowledge of fire safety management, protection, to ensure fire safety across the organization.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the facility of fire hydrant, hose-reel & fire pumps are adequate and are working properly.
∎ Daily walk round/ floor visit with whole factory & ensure firefighting equipment and maintain the daily checklist & routine.
∎ Set an in-house strong firefighting and rescue team in all the departments.
∎ To ensure In-house fire training for Firefighters, Rescuers, new and old employees, and security personnel on regular basis.
∎ Conduct monthly/ fortnightly Fire & Emergency evacuation drills as per the program to aware all workers & staff.
∎ Conduct firefighting training from Fire Service & Civil Defense authority at least once a year and get the certificate from them.
∎ Monitoring & auditing fire & safety issues for all the subordinates of the department.
∎ Ensure safety compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
∎ Maintain communications with local Fire, Civil Defense Department on regular basis.
∎ Any other duties in case of necessity for Fire & Safety measures and assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on Fire Ordinance & Factory Act / Law of Bangladesh.
∎ Good Health & Fit for the Post.
∎ Proactive & responsible on duty.
∎ Good mannered & conversant.
∎ Time & target oriented.
