Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or related field from any reputed Engineering University.
∎ Skills Required: Electrical Substation, Heavy Gas Generator Operations and Maintenance, Power Distributions, Power Generation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and manage on-site electricity generation systems, such as generators, solar panels, or any other power sources.
∎ Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and servicing of generators to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Coordinate with external power suppliers if the factory relies on external sources for electricity.
∎ Maintain and manage the factory's electrical distribution system, including transformers, switchgear, and distribution panels.
∎ Troubleshoot electrical faults and outages promptly to minimize downtime.
∎ Ensure proper load balancing and voltage regulation to prevent equipment damage and electrical hazards.
∎ Do electrical safety inspections and prepare conformity assessment report as per national and international applicable standards (BNBC. NFPA, Alliance and Accord Standards). Take corrective action and preventive action (CAPA} as per conformity assessment reports of individual factories.
∎ Conduct Insulation Resistance (lR) Test and Earth Resistance {ER) Tests for the factories and prepare reports periodically. Also. compare reports to the standard values and take preventive actions if deviations are found.
∎ Substation operation, maintenance & proper load distribution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Smart and pleasant personality
∎ Must be fluent in spoken and written in English language
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ The Incumbent must have strong computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
