Job Responsibilities:
∎ Onboard and Develop value-added suppliers and nurture partnerships.
∎ Strong negotiation skill on price and quality with supplier.
∎ Manage Supplier selection based on price, quality, support, after sales service, capacity etc.
∎ Prepare sourcing budget and facilitate accordingly and issue purchase requisition/ Comparative statement / Purchase order.
∎ Maintain all documents and have strong knowledge on procurement policy.
∎ Maintain good relationship with the store, supplier, other stakeholders both internal and external.
∎ Monitor market price trend, provide market intelligence.
∎ Prepare procurement policy, procedure, modules and manuals.
∎ Strong knowledge on latest sustainability and compliance requirement.
