∎ Graduate from any recognized University.
∎ Graduation in Engineering will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication, Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting the Manager SCM in sourcing the correct vendor suited to the requirements of the company.
∎ Shortlists the vendors based on offerings and associate services and prepare a report of the same for the Manager for their further analysis.
∎ Able to handle local purchase.
∎ Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors.
∎ Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
∎ Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
∎ Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
∎ Places order for any required materials after order confirmation and quality approval.
∎ Follows up with suppliers for material delivery as per schedule.
∎ Coordinates with the Operations team to ascertain any deviation from original demand and updates vendors accordingly.
∎ Deal with Bank, PSI authority, CCI, Bangladesh Bank, C&F Agent, Insurance Companies, Freight Forwarder, Customs authority.
∎ Prepare various reports and documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years working experience preferred 2 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity in ISP/Telecom/Renewable Energy Sector.
∎ Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
∎ Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and Software.
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
∎ Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment.

Salary: Negotiable
