Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public university with excellent academic results (BUET/ RUET/ CUET/ KUET will be preferred).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Ideally we are looking for a person with legal practical background who has proven experience of at least 10 years in the field of Spinning Maintenance (Process & Utility) Department.
∎ Job Location : Gorai, Mirzapur, Tangail.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sure the preventive & emergency maintenance to all the machines of production, utility and power generation of a modern spinning mills.
∎ Control the maintenance team effectively to minimize the downtime of machines in production process.
∎ Monitoring the systems that optimize all phases of production process.
∎ Provide suggestions during incident investigations.
∎ Examine the maintenance record, repair work performance and cost of the work
∎ Ensure floor discipline and identify needs for employee career development.
∎ Must be capable to Negotiate with local & foreign suppliers.
∎ Managerial capacity with position attitude.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12-15 year(s) basically in the field of Spinning Maintenance (Process & Utility) Department [Spinning Mill Erection (Process & Utility Machineries) experienced will be preferred as added value].
∎ FRESHERS & LESS EXPERIENCED NEED NOT TO APPLY.
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
∎ Skills Required: Computer Skill.
