∎ B.Sc., EEE / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Power)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience on Sales and Marketing of Diesel Generator.
∎ Formulating marketing strategies of Diesel Generator and be responsible for all sales functions. Assuming overall responsibility for developing and achieving the annual sales target for the organization.
∎ Set up monthly and yearly sales target for field sales force in consultation with Head of Sales and ensure the targets are aligned with business goal.
∎ Analyze competitor's activities and strategies and generate counter ideas to stay ahead of competition.
∎ Making reports and evaluate the competitor's activities in the market.
∎ Able to visit frequently factory, corporate office & new clients.
∎ Following up with regular customers for inquires.
∎ To collect and analyze market information for company's business expansion.
∎ Carry out minor and major services to diesel engine generator.
∎ Contact with clients about technical matters and our product.
∎ Must submit daily / weekly / monthly activities report to the Manager.
∎ Provide timely feedback to the Manager regarding activities and meetings with clients.
∎ Technical specifications for submitting a project proposal.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ 5-to-15-year(s) experience in Generator sales
∎ Capable of Traveling anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Good Knowledge on Microsoft office & Mail Communication

Salary: Negotiable
