Job Context:
∎ The Electrical Manager will supervise all areas of the electrical section including overseeing employee scheduling and performance and day-to-day tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. To work willingly in an environment where comes through creativity, hardworking, sincerity, timing, and devotion to duty. Supervise and monitoring all type of electrical and instruments work. Counseling and maintain good relationship with other employees. Supervise and monitor other lower employees.
∎ 2. To lead all type of electrical & instrumentation work, Erection, Installation, Commissioning, Modification, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of a paper mills plant (Color media, Media, Packaging unit).
∎ 3. To Installation and maintenance Sub-station (11KV/440V), Gas Generator (900KW) and Transformer (11KV/440V)
∎ 4. Maintenance HT switchgear, LT switchgear, VCB, ACB, PFI Panel, Reactor, CT, PT installation, checking, Termination, Commissioning and Troubleshooting
∎ 5. Parameter setting, Installation, Commissioning, Load Sharing, Speed Measurement, Interlocking, Synchronizing of paper machine in different type of Inverter sus as Mitsubishi, Fuji, Shihlin, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Danfoss, ABB, Siemens Etc.
∎ 6. Good knowledge about all type of AC Motor, Motor controlling sus as DOL starter, Star delta, Reverse Forword, VFD, Soft starter, Design, Installation, Troubleshooting and maintenance.
∎ 7. Maintenance and troubleshooting all type sensor like as Proximity sensor, Photoelectric sensor, Pressure sensor, Position sensor, Potentiometer, Water temperature sensor, PT100, RTD, Temperature controller, Water level controller, Pressure meter, PID controller, Encoder Etc.
∎ 8. To monitoring and maintenance utility area (Boiler, Compressor, ETP and Softener plant)
∎ 9. Sound knowledge of Different type of PLC modules, I/O device, like as Siemens, ABB and also known as uploading, downloading and troubleshooting.
∎ 10. Identifying machine problems and find solution using PLC Software and inverter. Communication through Network hubs including debugging skills as well as Modbus, Optical fiber, Profibus, Profaned, Ethernet and Ethercat cable.
∎ 11. Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing ongoing maintenance schedules and procedures and testing programs, scheduling repairs, and coordinating shut-downs and installations.
∎ 12. Sound knowledge in DCS, SCADA, HMI.
∎ 13. Handling preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
∎ 14. Take necessary actions to minimize electrical loss time.
∎ 15. To communicate with others department, local and foreign suppliers also technical expert.
