Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and execute contract management strategies that support the organization’s overall business vision and operational goals.
∎ Manage the full contract lifecycle drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and overseeing implementation and compliance.
∎ Lead a team of contract professionals by offering strategic direction, mentorship, and continuous development opportunities.
∎ Conduct effective negotiations with external stakeholders such as vendors, service providers, and developers to secure advantageous terms.
∎ Evaluate contractual risks and implement proactive measures to minimize potential liabilities.
∎ Ensure all contractual documents adhere to relevant legal standards, regulatory requirements, and internal company guidelines.
∎ Track contract-related expenditures and identify areas for cost optimization and value creation.
∎ Generate detailed reports on contract execution and performance, including analysis of KPIs and improvement recommendations.
∎ Foster collaborative relationships with internal departments (e.g. SCM, BOQ, Billing, Construction) and external partners.
∎ Resolve contractual issues efficiently, maintaining a balance between legal compliance and business priorities.
