Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up (Utilization of permission), In-bond and Ex-bond, bonding capacity/import permission, import, and export status according to bond license.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in import & export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate & finalize with authority regarding Customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc. of Commercial Department of the company.Issuance of Bank Guarantee, N.O.C from bond customs if required release the import consignment.
∎ Cash incentive related to all documentation and conducting Audit against Cash Incentive claim in a timely manner.
∎ UD/UP related all work.
∎ Perform all import related jobs under Bond License Specially In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, etc.& Issue & renewal General Bond, Signatory change etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with custom, vat and others related Govt. Officials, C & F Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders, and Transport for Export & Import purpose etc.
∎ Execute, monitor and manage L/C related work which include- corresponding with vendors, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C & F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, VAT department, production and merchandising department.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge in Industry Policy, Import Policy & Export Policy.
∎ Capable to handle EPB related activities & Prepare documents.
∎ Collect quotation against specific freight forwarder and prepare comparative statement for specific exportable items.
∎ Perform any task given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having to Good Knowledge of UP, UD, Customs, Bond, Vat, Tax, L/C Open and all Commercial related work will be given preference.
∎ Good Computer and Database management skills.
∎ Must be able to work on own as well as being a team player.
∎ Be flexible to provide off-hour support.
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation.
