Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology.
∎ Shall be B.Sc (Industrial Engineering) from any Public & private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & controlling overall the IE-related activities of 100% export-oriented Lingerie factory.
∎ Study the worker's efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.
∎ Formulate production plan based on machine manpower; study the m/c layout to achieve optimum productivity.
∎ Develop strategies to achieve Targeted productivity.
∎ Must submit monthly target/achievement reports to the DMD/MD.
∎ Initiate effective communication skills to motivate and develop professionalism and mental strength for higher productivity among the staff of the production department.
∎ Ensure Effective Utilization of Company Resources.
∎ Time to time report to DMD/MD with Strategic functions of Industrial Engineering.
∎ Set up and Review Process for Improvement of Production, Input and Output Plan, Training of workers, Calculate SMV for production planning and Line balancing.
∎ Make monthly projection for marketing and make monthly production plan for plant and also monitoring.
∎ Making the daily basis planning and line balancing as per the layout.
∎ Responsible for monitoring Plan vs actual production and react accordingly.
∎ Forecasting target for daily and monthly & work with team to achieve the target and monitor hourly production record as set.
∎ Make cost SMV for marketing and also make bulk SMV for production floor.
∎ Make operation chart and operation breakdown sheet for plant.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & fabrics department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, new operator's skill assessment, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career developments.
∎ Utilize full factory capacity to ensure shipments on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments.
∎ Must be holding top position in IE department of RMG unit at least for last 5 (Five) years.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Must have excellent computer skills especially MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Production Plan.
