Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Customer reception and Handling
∎ Administrative Duties
∎ Supervise and monitor customer works
∎ Maintain good relation with customer
∎ Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets by coordinating with Service providers, retailers, local customers
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Collect necessary market information & prepare monthly reports.
∎ Have to monitor branding activities and look
∎ for a few new marketing strategies.
∎ Update product specifications, features, and benefits to the target customers.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide updates to the Head of Marketing timely.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and influence Service providers to increase sales volume and revenue.
