∎ B. Tech/B. E in Mechanical or production
∎ MBA in Operation
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical from foreign or local reputed University
∎ Training/ Trade Course: AutoCad

∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall functioning of the plant covers the PPC, Stores, Mfg of roll stock, Mfg. of preformed pouches and WPP, Maintenance and engineering, Project support and Scrap processing and to ensure compliance and audits on various health and safety parameters.
∎ Plan and implement various measures to reduce the cost of manufacturing and reduction in wastage.
∎ Ensure good quality product and services to ensure reduction in Market complaints
∎ Plan, check feasibility and roll out implementation of Improvement/new projects.
∎ Ensure compliance of all Plant audits and statutory requirements, both by Customer and agencies.
∎ Maintaining plant hygiene and food safety as per defined norms of the organization/external agencies.
∎ Ensure the Safety of human resource and protection of plant assets.
∎ Maintaining a transparent code of conduct.
∎ Time to time take measures to reduce the manufacturing cost and reduction of the waste as per agreed terms and condition.
∎ Ensure good quality and timely production as per the specification of the customers and thereby reduce the number of complaint month on month.
∎ Launch of new project projects on various process efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Maintain plant hygiene daily as per defined norms.
∎ Support in audit and other statutory requirement to customers and agencies.
∎ Ensure the safety of the human resource and plant asset.
∎ Increasing the skill Inventory.
∎ Ensure usages of Aluminum Foils with correct specification for desired product.
∎ Ensure zero/set wastage level solvent base/solvent less Lamination process & troubleshooting.
∎ Follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for all equipment.
∎ Ensure Safety standards in the respective production unit.
∎ Ensure Quality standards in the respective production unit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 15-20 Yrs. of relevant experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/Plant/Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies, Packaging Industry, Plastic/Polymer Industry, Steel, Engineering Firms
∎ Should have requisite Leadership/people management skills.
∎ Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the plant.
∎ Awareness of current Safety, Health, Environmental and Employment, legislation. Understanding of internal/external customer/supplier relationships.
∎ Understanding of Information Systems and their employment within a business and value in offering consolidated information for integrated businesses.
∎ Business and commercial awareness/exposure
∎ Presentation/communication skills. Very Strong Analytical skills
∎ Must be able to work on own as well as being a team player
∎ Be flexible to provide off-hour support
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
