Apparel merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ ? Work effectively as a member of a cross- functional department team (Retail Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, and Visual Merchandising)
∎ ? Facilitate all channel calls to keep stores informed of all merchandising activities and build merchandising compliance adoption
∎ ? Translate BU strategy and into a Global Merchandising strategy reflecting regional requirements
∎ ? Responsible for all aspects of merchandising the range including segmentation to meet all KPIs incl
∎ ? Partner with Wholesale team to manage franchise relationships (includes driving market appointments)
∎ ? Lead a team of Merchandising Compliance Auditors across Canada
∎ ? Drive innovation and simplicity - identify opportunities and drive process improvements, standardization, and enablers to gain efficiencies for in-store merchandising execution
∎ ? Oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution for all live devices in channel (Corporate, Dealer & National Retail)
∎ ? Compliance team to assist with merchandising hotline & ticket resolution as required
∎ ? Partner with channel to continuously improve in-store merchandising compliance - act as single point of contact & resource for channel
