Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target regarding Pre-fabricated steel structure/ building.
∎ Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies.
∎ Establish programs to accomplish marketing-related aspects of the corporate mission.
∎ Assist with Marketing plan development.
∎ Should be manage client -contact program.
∎ Initiate and develop contact with potential clients and work with principles to secure new clients and projects.
∎ Work with technical staff to develop proposal sections and scopes of work.
∎ Responsible for overall marketing staff training and marketing-related technical staff training.
∎ Manage collateral materials development, public relations and advertising programs, corporate identity development and implementation, special events, direct-mail programs and market research activities.
∎ Monitoring market activities by door to door.
∎ Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work as a team member under pressure.
∎ Strong desire of continuous learning and self-development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5year(s) in related field preferably in steel structure construction firms.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
