Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in M.I.S. from a reputed University (Preferred)
∎ B.Sc in C.S.E. or Computer Application from a reputed University (Preferred)
∎ BBA in M.I.S. or any relevant subject from a reputed University(Mandatory)
∎ HSC & SSC CGPA must be above 4.0 out of 5.0

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ This position will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day factory operations, development and execution of all information technology functions relating to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and routine monitoring all new applications development.
∎ This position will monitor new and emerging systems and technology and make recommendations to the Management Team on purchases, negotiate contracts with technology vendors and suppliers, lead data reporting and system user training while optimizing the return of technology investments.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide strategic and operational support to Factory production with SIMS and M.I.S. end user support
∎ To work on the support to the Factory operations with configuration and set up of SIMS software and other Software Applications where applicable
∎ Provides management and leadership to the IT Department to support daily operations and continue to enhance IT systems and services to meet the needs of associates and external partners
∎ Conduct ongoing analysis of Company's current systems utilization and needs
∎ Manage software contracts and licenses for M.I.S. across the Company
∎ Leads IT operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization
∎ To ensure all data fields have a gatekeeper and quality processes that enable accurate and up to date information to be maintained
∎ Oversees the development and maintenance of the systems architecture, defining standards and protocols for data exchange, communications, software and interconnection of company information systems
∎ To ensure the accurate production report is in line with responsible heads, Audit and other regulatory requirements
∎ Maintain confidentiality maintain data protection system at all times
∎ To be the leader of the alignment the Company M.I.S. systems, processes and data recording, to reduce costs and duplication of administration
∎ To be the main point of contact for Company M.I.S. and all queries report
∎ Drive a holistic approach to M.I.S. support and improve administrative efficiencies
∎ Oversees and carries out the development and implementation of technology related user-training programs
∎ To undertake any other duties commensurate with the post

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office package (EXCEL, Word, PPT)
∎ The applicant must be skilled in using different advanced Excel Formulas
∎ Well conversant in data analysis with ability in presenting analysis report through graph, chart, etc.
∎ Excellent both in oral and written communication in English
∎ Demonstrated ability in analyzing data using statistical software
