Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed public university (BUET will get preference). o Candidates having MBA Degree will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build strong relationship with the Consultant (Engineer/Architect )
∎ Visit different GOB Office and other offices for orientation of company products.
∎ Understand client requirements and suggest as per requirements.
∎ Maintain, develop relationship with existing and new client through physical visit, telephone or emails.
∎ Create client database.
∎ Maintain communication Mth existing customers.
∎ Process client order and prepare quotation if required.
∎ Have sufficient knowledge in sales and Marketing.
∎ Building strong network with the clients. Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.
∎ Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
∎ Coordinating with client and follow up implementation work/schedule.
∎ Others duty CIII assign by the management.
∎ Arrange technical seminars/workshops meets for engineers
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the competent authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of progressive job experience in similar role.
∎ Experience in Cement/Steel/Construction chemical Marketing is preferred.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area is):
∎ E-commerce, Marketing, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Corporate Marketing o Mug possess polished presentation, top level marketing, interpersonal, and facilitation sulk.
∎ Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
∎ Strong leadership, Influence & negotiation skills with business acumen & must have the ability to present & engage at executive consumer levels.
∎ Ability to influence and build relationships.
