Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Tech/B. E in Mechanical or production
∎ MBA in Operation
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical from foreign or local reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Reporting To: Head Operations
∎ Sub Function/ Function: Mechanical
∎ Location/ Circle: Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to maintain breakdowns below 5%, ensure timely budget planning for critical / routine spares and traceability of the critical spares.
∎ Ensure minimum down time to optimized Production.
∎ Planning & scheduling of preventive maintenance of the plant machines.
∎ Cost Controlling to Achieves Target.
∎ Ensure maximum operational efficiency of the machineries.
∎ Machine Maintenance.
∎ Use of indigenous Material to reduces excess cost of repairing.
∎ Maintaining the Department budget.
∎ Impart the on the job training to the electronics staff for their skill upgraddation.
∎ Undertake projects which reduce the overall cost of the department.
∎ Ensure all the break downs don't exceeds the time and are attended in the minimum time.
∎ Maintain and keep the break down below 5% as per guidelines.
∎ Ensure the M.T.T.R (mean time to repair the machines) less than 2 hours.
∎ MTBF to be increased by more than 500 hours.
∎ Planning of the critical/routine spares as to maintain the Department budget.
∎ Arranging training sessions for the subordinates.
∎ Undertake the project which may lead to savings on the overall budget.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum relevant experience of 10- 15 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering, Operation & Maintenance, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies
∎ Must be self-motivating, self-starter, fast thinker, industrious, result oriented with 'Can Do' attitude
∎ Must be able to work on own as well as being a team player
∎ Be flexible to provide off-hour support
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation
∎ Should have the in depth technical knowledge.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance and total preventive maintenance.
∎ Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the plant.
