Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
Experience in industrial relations and contractor workforce management, preferably in ports, container terminals or other labour-intensive operations.
Strong understanding of Bangladesh labour laws, contractor compliance and labour deployment systems.
Responsibilities & Context
Lead operational industrial relations, engagement with CPA and worker representatives, labour compliance and grievance management.
Oversee contractor labour governance, CLMS processes, workforce deployment coordination and labour availability for 24/7 operations.
Support workforce transition and stakeholder engagement.
