Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate
∎ Post Graduate/MBA in HRM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support the compliance team, solve technical problem and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party, third party & social compliance audit.
∎ Handling employee & Worker's hiring process (recruitment, selection & placement).
∎ To monitor payroll system of all employee & Workers.
∎ Ensuring the practice of Labor Laws in the organization.
∎ Responsible for evaluating performance appraisal of all categories of employees according to policy of the Company.
∎ Maintaining buyers' Code of conducts as well as confirming buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
∎ Monitor employee's salary payment, address all grievances issues and settle those in accordance with existing rules.
∎ Ensure WPC management, counseling and motivation of workers.
∎ Other tasks as and when given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Good leadership and motivational skill.
∎ • Ability to communicate at all levels.
∎ • Ability to meet given deadline.
∎ • Be responsible for strong factory management and lateral correspondence.
∎ • Must be good knowledge in computer
∎ • Should have sound knowledge about Bangladesh Labor law 2006 ,amendment 2013 & BLR- 2015
