∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Vacuum Salt experience will be given preference
∎ Experience of PLC is highly appreciated
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure trouble free running for the machines with quality output.
∎ Ensure spares availability with timely raising indent and procuring.
∎ Follow good maintenance schedule and execute on regular basis.
∎ Knowledge on Vacuum Salt, PLC.
∎ Maintain quality and compatibility.
∎ Do preventive/ Predictive/ breakdown maintenance.
∎ Plan, maintain & procure all activities of Maintenance Department.
∎ Prepare & analyze requirements, budget & gap the bridge to manage safety inventory for the department.
∎ Correspond all technical affairs with local & foreign suppliers as per production requirement.
∎ Assist Production Team, to control the production process form starting to finish. Control, maintain & troubleshoot all the PLC controlled machineries.
∎ Should have knowledge Direct & Indirect burner operation and maintenance.
∎ Should have knowledge on fire safety, food safety and electrical compliance.
∎ Correspond all technical affairs with local & foreign suppliers as per production requirement.
∎ Knowledge on Generator/chiller/Ac.
