∎ 4.Experience of managing high volume of purchase requests for various goods and services, with ability to deal with short notices, planning, prioritizing, and delivering
∎ 5.Excellent knowledge and capacity of analyzing information and use it as reference for future planning and in improving overall procurement performance.
∎ 6.Enthusiasm, motivation self-confidence, and a proactive approach in problem solving.
∎ 7.Fluent verbal and writing skills in English and proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context: Labaid Group, the largest healthcare brand in Bangladesh, looking for experienced, qualified candidate for immediate appointment at Labaid Specialized Hospital Chattogram .
∎ Job Responsibilities :
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available for hospital operations. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.·
∎ Procurement: Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and purchasing medical supplies and equipment. Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals.·
∎ Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues that arise.·
∎ Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods to and from the hospital. Ensure timely and accurate shipment of supplies.·
∎ Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports on inventory status, supply chain efficiency, and cost savings.·
∎ Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with hospital policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. Stay updated on industry best practices and benchmarks.·
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Finance, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure alignment and optimal resource utilization.·
∎ Emergency Management: Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies for emergency preparedness and response.
