∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with specific expertise in sourcing, procurement, and demand planning. Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and inventory planning is highly beneficial.
∎ Expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies, negotiation skills, supplier evaluation and selection, demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain analytics. Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and supply chain management software.
∎ Strong leadership skills to lead and develop sourcing and planning teams, collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and communicate strategic initiatives and goals.
