Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per the procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like a safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch/ proper deliveries.
∎ Make sure inventory control and ensure the actual stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Sound knowledge of store auditing.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly and yearly statements of the store.
∎ Maintain total store and inventory management.
∎ Responsible for security and cleanliness of the store.
∎ Able to work under pressure & a long time and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
∎ Applicant must be honest, sincere, hardworking & respectful to the work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Modern Store Management Knowledge is required.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office Applications.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department and all other persons.
