Job Context:
∎ Strive to develop and maintain a productive committed workforce. Lead and manage day-to-day Planning & Monitoring operations in a disciplined and effective manner. Provide guidance to the designated team to ensure that policies and guidelines are compiled in all Project Control functions – from project planning to Monitor – including schedule development, Resources planning, Execution monitoring, progress comparison, daily/weekly/monthly reports preparation, and other related activities.
∎ Graduate engineers from Public universities will get the preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Scheduling – Lead the team to prepare the project schedule.
∎ Resources Planning & scheduling – Guide the team to prepare resources planning (Materials, Equipment, Staff deployment, Sub-Contractor, Labor)
∎ Execution Monitoring – Guide and lead Monitoring employees for daily field progress data storing, analysis and comparison with planned progress. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with progress variance.
∎ MPR (Monthly Progress Review) Presentation – Prepare MPR by collecting all physical and financial information, analyze the data, and present in front of Top Management.
∎ Training – Train departmental employees for high-level planning, scheduling and monitoring.
∎ Site visit – For the understanding of project status, problems and correlate to Project control team with Project team.
∎ Progress Analysis – Lead the team to analyze the execution progress (planned vs. actual) with identification of reasons/obstacles/constraints of physical progress.
∎ Work standard analysis and preparation – Various standard formats, analysis like worker productivity, manuals, and standard procedures preparation.
∎ Productivity analysis of workers.
