Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related clinical field from any recognized university;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Pharmacy business;
∎ Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets;
∎ Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned branches;
∎ Negotiate and close agreements with suppliers;
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements;
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
∎ Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
∎ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customers' needs;
∎ Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency;
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board;
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Experience working in complex sales environments with demonstrated success;
∎ Successful negotiation, strategic planning and organizational skills;
∎ Entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a desire to conquer complex sales processes;
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmacy business;
∎ Must have strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
∎ Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.
∎ Duty day/night/on call duty
