∎ In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in flour milling, including milling machines, conveyors, elevators, and pneumatic systems.
∎ Familiarity with industrial automation and PLC-based control systems.
∎ Ability to analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
∎ Experience with flour milling equipment and processes.
∎ At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role within the industrial manufacturing auto flour mill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the maintenance, operation, and optimization of all mechanical systems within the flour mill, including milling machinery, conveyors, elevators, and other plant equipment.
∎ Coordinate with the production, electrical, and other departments to ensure proper integration of mechanical systems.
∎ Manage projects related to machinery upgrades, installations, and capacity expansion.
∎ Train and mentor mechanical engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
∎ Review and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
∎ Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources for mechanical repairs and upgrades.
∎ Report on mechanical performance, project progress, and issues to the senior management team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of machinery, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting efficient production processes.
