Job Context:
∎ Support customers (construction team & others) by sustain supply of materials on time.
∎ Maintenance/control of goods stock inventory at remote project sites.
∎ Closely monitoring & follow-up of in time goods in-house to avoid shortfall.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Warehouse planning.
∎ To Manage an inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
∎ Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
∎
∎ Assignment for individual job responsibility (who will do what) with particular emphasis on KPI for accountability count.
∎ Material Management & Inventory Control being core jobs are accomplished as per the 5S Model by series of teamwork.
∎ Goods physical receipt as per delivery challan/packing list and keeping them in the quarantine zone before lab test.
∎ Lab test for quality assessment for goods acceptance/rejection.
∎ Adoption to the appropriate methodology of inventory procedure for receiving goods after the QC test.
∎ Arrangement of goods in the pre-selected area/shelves/racks with a BIN card/tag for traceability.
∎ Processing of MRR for real-time updating of the database of Inventory Software (ISW).
∎ Goods issue/distribution/transfer as per authentic indent/office order/reference mail maintaining FIFO & LIFO as much as possible and real-time updating the database of ISW.
∎ Physical Stocktaking/reconciliation is done at the periodic intervals but mandatory at the end of the month for comparison between physical stocks versus book balance quality.
∎ Waste and obsolete materials management both in stockyards & store on regular basis.
∎ Reporting/communication with all concerns as a routine work & visible coordination/cooperation with all team members and also with all the staff for an effective work environment & corporate culture.
∎ Ensure warehouse fire safety procedures, EHS, CSR, good housekeeping & all other compliance matters.
∎ Annual performance appraisal for remuneration on the basis of achieved KRA & career enhancement for selection of "Right Man for Right Position" as required for a good team-building.
∎ Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
