Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and manage construction from inception to conclusion, scrutinising projects thoroughly to devise construction schedules and daily activity plans.
∎ Choose tools, materials, and equipment while monitoring inventory to guarantee timely, on-budget, and within-scope project completion.
∎ Employ suitable verification methods to handle alterations in project scope, schedule, and costs.
∎ Establish a high-performing team, ensuring they fulfil their roles within the project's defined scope.
∎ Conduct risk management to minimise potential project risks and uphold stringent construction standards and proper techniques.
∎ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, review daily work progress, and provide necessary reports to management.
∎ Oversee onsite activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations, exercising full-time supervision over construction efforts and maintaining control over all aspects, including materials consumption.
∎ Verify the quality of work, workmanship, and materials prior to their utilisation.
∎ Additionally, prepare and verify regular progress reports, scrutinise and authorise MPR, and approve MRR.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of material and construction procedures.
∎ Well knowledge on quality and health and safety standards;
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project & AutoCAD;
∎ Familiarity with construction/project management software will be added advantage;
∎ Garment industry building construction experience is preferable
∎ Must have good knowledge on Accord- Alliance / RSC code.
