∎ BBA/ MBA/ Masters -Major in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, and International Business from any reputed Public University.

Job Context:
∎ SWADESH BD (A Sister Concern of Swadesh BD USA Inc.) a food & beverage manufacturing company in Bangladesh having proven records of business experience in the USA for two decades looking for an Sr. Manager for its Factory (Head Office) office. The person will be responsible for the overall Administrations & operations and maintain International relationship with business partner.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ OPERATION:
∎ Responsible for overall operations of the factory.
∎ Carry out day-to-day operation independently as per plan.
∎ Lead the production teams to deliver the production requirements of the business.
∎ Implement and achieve the organization's objectives and enhance productivity.
∎ Determine the long & short-term goals for the factory to ensure positive results in the areas of manufacturing practices, materials management, logistics management & inventory control.
∎ Responsible for all production activity, for the maintenance of the production unit and the premises in good working condition, for the co-ordination of all manufacturing operation to produce the quantities required, within the quality and costs standards determined.
∎ Develop long term & short term plans for increasing production capacity & decreasing costs.
∎ Determine and monitor the overall resource capacity (personnel, materials & equipment) for the food factory and set priorities to maintain production expectations.
∎ Responsible for manufacturing activities which includes production of the existing products or new product lines, meeting production targets, managing working effectively, improving product quality and maintaining harmonious labor relations.
∎ ADMINISTRATION
∎ Overall in charge of Administration and Handling Factory Administration of the Factory.
∎ Ensure maintenance of compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems.
∎ Plan and implement office systems & maintain office equipment.
∎ Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation, warehouse & safety.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of Admin related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
∎ Ensure all sorts of logistic support of the Factory.
∎ Provides administrative support to various departments within the company.
∎ Assist on Logistics, Supply Chain Management for procurement, and follow up Inventory Management.
∎ Verify the all petty cash bill vouchers of the employees and forward to management for approval.
∎ Maintaining all important documents.
∎ Maintaining requisition & budget for any program.
∎ Maintaining all expenses properly in coordination with accounts dept.
∎ Maintaining all kind of General Services.
∎ Maintaining Monthly various utilities cost report.
∎ INTERNATIONAL RELATION:
∎ Handling foreign buyer and making & maintain relationship.
∎ Maintaining Receive, Guide, Accommodate, Entertain and See off the foreign and local guest.
∎ Managing Visa invitation letter, Landing Visa letter, Visa extension letter.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing & new client and adopting policy.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 52 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of Administration & Production operation experience in a reputed Consumer Food Industries.
∎ Smart and strong command in English language (Verbal& written).
∎ Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power point and Internet browsing, etc).
∎ Excellent motivational and leadership skills.
∎ Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge in Factory Operations.
∎ Must be a good strategic planner and implementer.
∎ The incumbent must be a very good about operation production as well as conversant administrative work and Distribution Management.
∎ Excellent client relationship and creative services.
∎ Should have knowledge VAT, price, Export on Ship etc.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage the team & customers and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to handle complaints & quarries.
