Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Marine
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Hard Worker, Self motivated, supply chain management, Target Oriented

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically manage Mother Vessel, Lighter vessel in compliance with company's policies and vision
∎ Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
∎ Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
∎ Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
∎ Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
∎ Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
∎ Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
∎ Prepare annual budget
∎ Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
∎ Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
∎ Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
∎ Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
∎ The applicant must be responsible for prioritizing work orders and organizing tasks based on project deadlines.
∎ The incumbent must be creating a plan or time-table for the delivery of fertilizer to supply in compliance with the allotment requirements.
∎ The applicant should have managing a schedule to track locations of transports frequently and providing for preventive to ensure that delivery are accomplished without hitches.
∎ The applicant must be responsible for the movement of materials to a warehouse location and also conduct receiving Challan activities very promptly.
∎ Applicants must be able to communicate with various stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, vendors, etc.
∎ The applicant must be willing and able to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities that may require overtime or extended hours.
∎ Other day-to-day activities & periodic projects assigned by the line manager.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ It is important that applicants have an understanding of logistics operations and practices. They must also have extensive work experience in logistic or supply chain management tasks.
