Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed project management & Construction Schedule in coordination with Planning department
∎ Supervise Construction Managers & monitor construction progress, worker's productivity and compliance with building and safety codes
∎ Work with management to ensure the project completion within the schedule with excellent quality and within the budget.
∎ To develop and implement systems and processes to achieve project completion within the budget & in schedule time
∎ To prepare various MIS to management about construction progress
∎ To coordinate with all stake holders including Architects, Designers, Consultants, contractors etc.. to achieve the target completion of the project within the time frame.
∎ To lead the regular project review meeting with all stake holders.
∎ Work on continuously to improve systems, technology, communication practices etc.. to ensure cost effective completion of the project within the schedule time.
∎ Analyze, manage and mitigate the risks.
∎ Assist in managing and review the progress of Contractor's construction schedule.
∎ Periodical analysis of Cost Vs Budget and implement necessary correction if required to complete the project within the Budget.
∎ Regular update of construction Industry and inform management about new technology & materials introduced in the construction Industry.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Minimum 20 years in construction industry including township project. Candidate having 5 years work experience in Gulf countries is preferable.
∎ Should have same level of experience in working with mega construction project.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a time-frame
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
