Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm for Formulation from any reputed university with good academic record
∎ M. Sc. in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Biochemistry for Analytical from any reputed university with good academic record

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulation:
∎ Perform pre-formulation Study and Literature review as per EMA, FDA & other regulatory guidelines
∎ Prepare raw material specification and finished product specification
∎ Manufacture Lab Batch for confirming with specification and fix up CQA
∎ Manufacture Pilot Batch for Stability Studies and find out CPP
∎ Develop product as per Qbd concept.
∎ Develop existing Product Improvement & Cost-Effective Formulation
∎ Prepare recipe and annexure, DTL sample submission & others regulatory documents.
∎ Prepare Product Development Protocol & Report, Master Formula Record, Product Data Sheet, TDP, PV Protocol for Commercial Batch Manufacturing.
∎ Manufacturing of Optimization, PV & exhibit Batches in production floor.
∎ Well knowledge regarding regulatory guideline ( FDA, ICH , WHO etc)
∎ Any other job as or when required
∎ Analytical:
∎ Develop and validate analytical method
∎ Prepare stability protocol, analysis & report.
∎ Prepare/revise finished product specification and method of analysis
∎ Analytical method transfers to QC Department
∎ Prepare Regulatory documents
∎ Management of analytical resource
∎ Develop analytical method for cleaning validation
∎ Any other job as or when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-6 years of experiences in Research & Development (Formulation/ Analytical) Department in any reputed pharmaceutical company
