Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare product recipe & registration documents for submission to Drug Administration.
∎ Prepare dossier for product registration
∎ Initiate feasibility study followed by Pre-formulation study
∎ Design and develop product formula and manufacturing process
∎ Select or develop of packing materials
∎ Manufacture optimize and validate batches of a new product
∎ Participate process validation activity of new & existing product
∎ Prepare Standard Operating procedure for R&D machinery and R&D activities
∎ Carryout development of existing formulation
∎ Prepare different protocols and reports like product development protocol & report
∎ Perform Technology Transfer of manufacturing process and to prepare and review Technology Transfer Documents.
∎ Prepare master documents of products
∎ Prepare Product data Sheet, Product Brief
∎ Communicate with Marketing, Commercial, Production, QA & QC regarding development issues
∎ Prepare departmental, GMP, International & national audit documents.
∎ Participate in the investigation as a team member for NCR
∎ Do the Quality risk Management as per ICH Q10 as a team member
∎ Conduct the Qualification activity for PD equipment
∎ Prepare and review Master Manufacturing Formulation Record.
