Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure in process quality assurance of products & system.
∎ Prepare qualification protocol of system/ equipment and report.
∎ To ensure QMS in product and system
∎ To ensure cGMP at every level of operation.
∎ Prepare and comparison of dossier for report product
∎ To ensure validation and calibration activities
∎ Perform documentation, training & internal audit.
∎ Instead audit program
∎ Preparation and execution QMS system like CAPA, OOJ, OOT, APQR, change control,
∎ To participate vendor Qualification activity audit & report.
∎ Preparation and review departmental SOPs
∎ Document and data control activity
∎ Execute the different validation activity
∎ Conduct the batch release activity
∎ Execution of different GMP training
∎ Preparation of different type of manual
∎ Develop and routine review of PMS
∎ Participate and conduct the investigation for any type of NCR
∎ Conduct the Quality risk management as per ICH q10, following FEMA
∎ Supervise the IPC activity
Additional Requirements:
