Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preliminary Responsibility:
∎ Provide legal administrative support and responsible for doing all activities for getting the legal licenses and compliance issues, with a focus on contracts management.
∎ Assist in editing and proofreading various contracts, formal correspondence, and legal filings.
∎ Manage deadlines and liaise with different business entities, overseas counterparts, and external parties on legal compliance matters.
∎ Core Responsibility:
∎ Look after site engineering and administration, Facilitating in internal and external audits.
∎ If necessary, making recommendations for action to remedy any deficiencies in policies, procedures, systems or controls and following up on those recommendations.
∎ Look after Site maintenances, prepare and action of pre and post maintenance schedule, guideline and procedure.
∎ Preventive and corrective action related to any malfunctions.
∎ Administer and maintain databases of legal documents, its timeline (issue date and expire date) and agreements.
∎ Clear concept of Engineering drawing and design.
∎ Any other job duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Client Relationship.
∎ Strong Energy Level.
∎ Working Knowledge of Computer applications. Especially in MS Office.
∎ Must know about typing in both English & Bangla.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
