∎ Age 24 to 34 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sourcing and Planning of Raw Materials
∎ Find the suitable suppliers of Raw Materials
∎ Set up the technical specifications for the RM
∎ Visit all the overseas supplier’s regular basis to check the quality of the product
∎ Participate major overseas Exhibitions/Trade Fair to find the suitable cost-effective suppliers & raw materials
∎ Regular corresponding with the materials suppliers about the quality feedback and development
∎ Coordinate production and planning department and follow up raw material stock based on the requirements and maintain reorder point of each item ensuring stock of supplies at an optimum level
∎ Coordinate commercial staffs to procure materials or components considering all available Customs and VAT SROs and suggesting proper HS Codes ensure maximum customs benefits
∎ Prepare a budgetary report for raw material purchase and make monthly report for management
∎ Maintaining proper communication with all stakeholders including supplier
∎ Sample goods import for new product development as per R&I requirement
∎ Responsible for all kinds of Machinery Equipment, Spare Parts & Service Payments (Technical Asst Fees/Consultancy Fees) for Common Types PR
