∎ Design Improvement project within the organization
∎ Map the current state/ As is process
∎ Identify related stakeholder of the process and organize process improvement event
∎ Bring out improvement state/ To be Process Map
∎ Assist IT Team to develop BRS for automation the process (If applicable)
∎ Organize and provide internal Training
∎ Monitor, maintain the related documentation and reporting
