∎ We are looking for qualified, dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated personnel for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain MD's Secretariat and coordinate with the respective dept. or dept. head and branch head for effective business solution and day-to-day activities.
∎ Maintain the business meeting schedules of the Managing Director and ensure all appointments and meeting updates with proper condition and monitoring with the respective person / clients.
∎ Compile different reports, summarize and submit it to the Managing Director as per the requirement and proper records keeping..
∎ To provide required administrative support of any business related issues and maintain all day to day official correspondence.
∎ Ensure entry of new client's information in ERP system.
∎ Maintain all official correspondence with Govt. / Semi - Govt. agencies/ business entities and financial institutes / organization.
∎ Dealing with Clients and carry out any other special projects as and when required basis assigned by the Managing Director time to time.
∎ Keeping records in proper manner for all kinds of official's correspondence, all clients' files and any other business related files.
∎ To provide administrative support and handling of confidential business issues.
∎ Monitor the implementation of tasks of Branches, especially coordinating with the branch-in-charges from time to time.
∎ Organize and attend in all business meeting as per business requirements in and out as and when required.
