∎ Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
∎ Analytical skills to assess sales data and market trends.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing the store.
∎ Ensure that the store meets sales and profitability targets
∎ Implement store policies and procedures effectively.
∎ Maintain store appearance and ensure that all products are well-displayed.
∎ Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
∎ Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
∎ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
∎ Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock orders.
∎ Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staffing.
∎ Provide feedback and suggestions to improve store operations.
