Additional Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in Elevator/Lift Sales, Project Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business, preferably within the elevator/lift industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills, with a proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.
Responsibilities & Context:
Drive corporate and project sales to achieve assigned targets.
Identify new projects, clients, and business opportunities in the elevator/lift market.
Generate, develop, and convert sales leads into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and corporate clients.
Manage client meetings, site visits, quotations, negotiations, and sales follow-ups.
Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to deliver effective proposals and solutions.
Maintain the sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence for management reporting.
