∎ Must have good knowledge about construction materials purchase.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have thorough understanding of documents related to the construction project.
∎ Search for new and alternative supply source and update vendor database for constructions site and HO.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of information and documents for vendor list.
∎ Prepare purchase related documents.
∎ To coordinate with Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities for the vendors.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
∎ Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
∎ Prepare vendors work order, received products, collected documents, checked by & processed for approval and submitted Accounts Department.
∎ Prepare monthly purchase budget, timely distribute, collected documents, checked by & processed for approval.
∎ Any other task give by the Management
∎ We are looking an employee who have sound knowledge for purchasing construction materials and deliver the right material at mentioned time to the various projects.
