General Administration, HR and Administration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Housekeeping, Safety & Security.
∎ Ensure Logistics support for smooth office operations.
∎ Transport Management.
∎ Canteen Management.
∎ Prepare and monitor daily attendance of the employees.
∎ Oversee inventory record & purchase of administrative items.
∎ Vendor Management and bill processing.
∎ Make timely payment of the vendor’s monthly bill.
∎ Update and renew License and other documents of the company.
∎ Maintain liaison with the concerned govt. offices.
∎ Guide the support staffs.
∎ Petty cash maintenance for administrative operation.
∎ Prepare Policies & SOP’s for smooth administrative operation.
∎ Periodical Report Generation and Presentation.
∎ Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management related to role.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive & Positive Attitude
∎ Quick learner and smart hard worker
∎ Self motivated and target oriented
∎ Able to multitask
∎ Excellent skill on Bangla Typing
